Ready to Build Your New Dock?

Browse Though Our Standards

Black plastic encapsulated Styrofoam, normally 32” height, width and length determined by the dock layout. 8 bolt attachment pattern.

6” 9lb/ft structural I-beam with 4”x.375” angle and 4”x.375” strap cross-bracing every 4ft. Ends are 6” I-beam. Unit is hot dipped galvanize.

Composite decking is the standard used for our flooring whether lower or upper deck. Under flooring stringers are treated 2×4 or 2×6 lumbers. Stringers are on 16” centers for floor support.

Vertical members are 2.5”x.188 square tubing with trusses and stringers made of same material. Uppers can be painted or hot dipped as per customer’s request.

All paint is Industrial Marine grade paint and primer. 2 coats of primer and color are applied as per manufactures specs. Nuts, bolts and screws are galvanized, not cad plated, for corrosion resistance. All cables are stainless steel.

Roof metal is standard weight roofing material with a standard 20yr manufactures warranty.  Stringers are placed on 4ft centers.

Units are 6” or 4” channel, depending on the weight of the boat, hot dipped galvanized. Motors are 1.5hp with lifts double cabled to allow for shock loads. PWC lifts are normally decked flat with the same color decking as the flooring.

Units are manufactured in an enclosed facility to allow for better quality control. Welding is done or supervised by a currently Certified Welder. Electrical work is done or supervised by a Master Electrician to current codes. Fingers are normally 6 ft wide for strength and stability. Slips are normally 10ft wide. For additional height boats, deck boats with awnings/wake board boats with tall towers, flat roof can be incorporated to give additional height for clearance.

Hot-dip galvanizing is the process of dipping fabricated steel into a kettle or vat containing molten zinc. The process provides a distinct advantage over other corrosion protection methods. While the steel is in the kettle, the iron in the steel metallurgically reacts with the molten zinc to form a tightly-bonded alloy coating that provides superior corrosion protection to steel.
